For a particular person it is his /her emotional, spiritual and intellectual development to respond to surrounding and things in a correct manner. It can differ from person to person.

If a person hits 18 years of age doesn't necessarily means he/she has attained maturity as soon as he /she has hit adulthood.

People are exposed to different life experiences and information with time and become responsible accordingly.

Don't force things on others . Let them take there time.
